Turkish State Minister Cevdet Yilmaz met with Iranian First Vice President Mohammad Reza Rahimi as part of his visit to Tehran, Anadolu News Agency reported.
Yilmaz is currently in Tehran to attend the 22nd meeting of Turkey-Iran Joint Economic Commission.
During the meeting, Rahimi said that they were determined to further improve their relations with Turkey in all areas.
Yilmaz held talks with Iranian Minister of Foreign Affairs Ali Akbar Salehi, Vice President for Management, Development & Human Resources Lotfollah Faruzandeh-Dehkardi, Minister of Economic Affairs & Finance Shams-ed-Din Hoseini, Minister of Communication & Information Technology Reza Taqi-Pur and Minister of Commerce Mehdi Qazanfari during his visit to Tehran.
He is expected to return to Turkey on Monday.
