Some 15,000 units of real estate will be built in Turkey’s northern Trabzon, Samsun, Ordu, Rize and Giresun provinces by 2023, Trend reports referring to the Turkish media.
It is reported that the construction of real estate will be carried out by the Housing Development Administration of Turkey (TOKI).
Moreover, 2,000 families will be relocated from provincial centers to their peripheries by 2023, as part of the City Transformation (Kentsel donusum) program.
