The export of cement from Turkey to Azerbaijan increased by 11.5 percent from January through July 2021 compared to the same period of 2020, amounting to $22.04 million, the Turkish Ministry of Trade told Trend on Aug. 6.
Thus, the export volume of cement from Turkey to Azerbaijan reached $2.9 million in value terms in July 2021, which is by 4.7 percent more than in July 2020.
Turkey increased the export of cement by 24.9 percent from January through July 2021 compared to the same period of last year up to $2.6 billion.
So, Turkey exported cement worth $358.2 million in July 2021, which is by 2.2 percent more than in July 2020.
Turkey’s export of cement reached $4.3 billion over the past 12 months (July 2020 - July 2021).
