Azerbaijani MPs Rufat Guliyev and Iqbal Mammadov will observe the parliamentary election in Kazakhstan, the Azerbaijani Parliament said Sept. 29.
The MPs will observe the parliamentary election in Kazakhstan through the CIS Parliamentary Assembly. They will visit Almaty from September 30 to October 2.
The election will be held October 1.
