North Korean leader to visit Iran

North Korean President Kim Jong-un will visit Iran to participate in the XVI Summit of Heads of Member States of Non-Aligned Movement - NAM, a spokesman for the organizing committee of the summit to be held in Tehran, Magomedrza Furgani, said, according to the Asriran news agency on Tuesday.

North Korean President Kim Jong-un will visit Iran to participate in the XVI Summit of Heads of Member States of Non-Aligned Movement - NAM, a spokesman for the organizing committee of the summit to be held in Tehran, Magomedrza Furgani, said, according to the Iranian Asriran news website on Tuesday.

He said the leader of North Korea, and other officials will visit Tehran to participate in the summit.

XVI Summit of the Non-Aligned Movement will be held in Tehran on August 28-29.

Non-Aligned Movement, an international organization uniting 120 countries on the principles of non-participation in military blocs, was established in 1961.
