The Israeli ambassador in Azerbaijan, Arthur Lenk has visited Nachchivan. The major aim of the visit was to observe the situation in this region of Azerbaijan, the Nachchivan consulate told Trend.
Lenk will meet the Nahchivani Supreme Mejlis chairman, Vasif Talibov and will pay visits to several places of interest in the area. He has already met the students in the Nachchivani University.
Despite their tries representatives of opposition were not allowed to meet the ambassador. Today Lenk returns to Baku.
