Web cameras were installed at 1,000 polling stations in 119 constituencies to observe the forthcoming parliamentary election in Azerbaijan, the Azerbaijani Central Election Commission (CEC) said Oct. 27.
The web cameras will not be installed at the polling stations of six constituencies (Jabrayil-Gubadli constituency No 120, Lachin constituency No 121, Khankendi constituency No 122, Kalbajar constituency No 123, Shusha-Agdam-Khojaly-Khojavend No 124, Zangilan-Gubadli Khojavend No 125), the territory of which has been occupied by Armenia.
The parliamentary election will be held in Azerbaijan Nov. 1.
