The parliamentary election held in Azerbaijan Nov.1 can be considered legitimate, deputy head of the country's Central Election Commission Natig Mammadov told reporters.
He said that all the received appeals were in the form request.
The voters were active, said Mammadov, adding that free and transparent voting process was ensured in the election.
As many as 503 international observers from 40 organizations and over 66,000 local observers watched the parliamentary election in Azerbaijan.
Some 767 candidates are running for 125 seats in the country's parliament.
Webcams were installed in 1,000 polling stations of 119 constituencies to observe the election.
Exit poll in the election was conducted by the ELS independent research center, REY Monitoring Center, as well as the Center of Azerbaijani Youth Rights Protection jointly with French "Opinion Way" Social Research Institute, the Citizens' Labor Rights Protection League together with the US AJF & Associates Inc.
