The Foreign Minister of Spain, Miguel Anjel Moratinos, who will chair the OSCE from January 2007, said in Moscow that he will proceed from the existing results and initiatives in the conflict settlement in Nagorno-Karabakh, Abkhazia and South Osetia, Trend reports with reference to PanARMENIAN.Net.
We will work on base of those results that have already been obtained in this sphere, Moratinos said, Freedom Radio reports.
It should be mentioned that last week the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group met with the Spanish Foreign Minister and introduced him to the details of the negotiations on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement.
