The Azerbaijani State Traffic Police Department of Baku reported to the Trend agency on 28 December that the traffic on the Nefchilar, Azerbaijan, Azadlig, Bulbul Aves, Uzeir Hajibayov, Yusif Sharoifova and Rsul Rza streets will be limited, due to the holiday party on the Azadlig square on 31 December, beginning from 6:00 p.m.
