Azerbaijan, Baku, 30 October /corr. TrendNews I.Alizade / The Court of Appeal of Azerbaijan did not satisfy the lawsuit of the opposition Liberal Democratic Party regarding provision of office. "Court of Appeal made a decision upholding the decision of Khatai District Court, and our lawsuit was not satisfied," chairman of opposition Liberal Democratic Party of Azerbaijan (LDPA), former presidential candidate, Fuad Aliyev told Trend .
LDPA appealed against the decision of Khatai District Court.
"Next week we will obtain the resolution of the Court of Appeal, and apply to the Supreme Court. If the Supreme Court also does not make decision providing office for the party, we will appeal to the European Court on Human Rights. We believe that the European Court will solve this matter in favor of us," said the chairman of party.
According to him, the places, determined by them in the territory of Khatai District were privatized by others.
