BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 11. Elchin Mammadov has been appointed rector of the Military Institute of Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan, Trend reports.
The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a corresponding decree.
The decree comes into force on the date of its signing.
