The Independent Youth election bloc doesn’t see any necessity to nominate its members as candidates for the upcoming parliamentary elections, according to a prominent member of the bloc.

The chairman of the Social Union of Turkey-made Graduates, Chingiz Bayramov told Trend that the bloc will concentrate its efforts on promoting a more active involvement of the young generation in the entire process, as well as back some young nominees. Only several members of the bloc will nominate for the elections, with the others mulling the ways of advocacy and campaigning for the nominees of the
bloc.

Meanwhile, the priority is given to the strengthening of the people’s attention to the occupation of Azerbaijan’s territories by Armenian forces, as well as advocacy of patriotism among the population, particularly, the youth.

The bloc overwhelmingly unites bipartisan members. Therefore, it has been decided to support bipartisan candidates, who are independent in voicing their opinion, behavior and decisions. However, the leadership of the bloc thinks that young politicians, who belong to certain parties but are distinguished by their intellect, ability and skills, will the necessary support from the Independent Youth.

The bloc will also be active in the regions of the country, in order to get better acquainted with the existing situation at places and support newly-fledged young nominees.
