Ilham Aliyev, the Azerbaijani President, sent a congratulatory letter to Dzyunitiro Koidzumi, the Japanese Prime-Minister, on reelection to the post. The message says that Azerbaijan attaches special importance to strengthening of the bilateral friendly relations, Trend reports.
The President expressed hope in continuation of efforts to develop multilateral ties and deepen the bilateral cooperation.
