Georgian Primer calls Azeri businessmen to invest in development of Georgian small business

Georgian Prime minister Zurab Nogaideli hopes that the meeting of the Georgian-Azerbaijani interstate commission for economic cooperation and the business-forum in Batumi will stimulate Azerbaijani investments into Georgian economy, the Prime Minister told journalists on August 16 in Batumi where the meeting of Georgian-Azerbaijani interstate commission for economic cooperation started its work, special correspondent of Trend in Georgian reports.

I hope that Azerbaijani businessmen will start to invest into the development of the small business, the Prime Minister underlined, adding that these investments will be directed towards the regions of Georgia, as well as Adjar.

The Georgian Prime Minister set several examples of the interest of Azerbaijan, including the largest bank of the country Azerbaijan International Bank in Georgia.

All conditions have been created in Georgia for investors, Nogaideli stressed, saying that Batumi is the indicator for this, where the littoral stripes are once again constructed almost by Kazakh side.
