The center covers an area of two thousand square meters; all necessary conditions are created, said at a news conference.

"EuroClub" opens on May 13 and "EuroVillage" will work on May 19 - 26.

Tickets will be available upon the presentation of identity card.

It was decided to sell every ticket in the name of its owner in order to prevent speculation in the sale of tickets.

Foreigners who have purchased tickets in the online system will need to confirm their tickets on arrival in Baku. Ticket holders should show the voucher, which they have received by e-mail in Baku ticket booths in advance of the concert and receive their tickets, Alekperov said.

In analyzing the bids, it became clear that the guests want to stay in cheaper hotels. In this regard a residential building constructed for the border service officers in the Narimanov district of Baku will be provided for the guests of the competition on 1 May after the repair work.

It will be used as intended after completion of the competition.

The organizing committee and the appropriate structure will appeal to people asking if possible not to use transport in the days of the competition.

Despite Armenia's refusal to participate in the contest, the Broadcasting obligations still remain, head of a Eurovision-2012 working group Adil Kerimli said. According to Kerimli, contest organizing committee will make the final decision on this matter.

The Eurovision 2012 semi-final rounds will be held in Baku on May 22 and May 24 and the final on May 26.
