Azerbaijan, Baku / Тrend corr I. Alizadeh / Sayad Karimov, the deputy head of the Department of Administrative and Military Legislation at the Milli Majlis (Azerbaijani Parliament), reported on
30 April that the Boards on Administrative Controversies would be established at the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.
According to Karimov, the new Administrative Procedural Code has special regulations on this matter.
"The Courts of Appeal includes regional courts of appeal and for this purpose the Boards on Administrative Controversies will be established at each regional court and one at the Supreme Court. The matter is expected to be resolved before the Administrative Procedure Code is adopted. The judges for the boards must be appointed," Karimov added.
He noted that the issue is to be considered in near future.
