Air cargo transportation in Azerbaijan in September 2021 accounted for 57 percent of the total cargo transportation through the Single Window Export Support Center, Trend reports citing the Export Review of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communications.
According to the information, this indicator increased by 19.2 percent compared to the previous month.
It is reported that road transportation accounted for 34.6 percent of cargo transportation, which is 20.2 percent less than in August.
In particular, the share of rail traffic in the total volume accounted for 7.4 percent, which is 1.2 percent more than in the previous month.
The rest of the freight traffic accounted for one percent of the total, decreasing by 0.2 percent compared to the previous month.
It is noted that the export of products of the non-oil sector of Azerbaijan through the Single Window Export Support Center reached $16.7 million in September 2021.
Earlier it was reported that the total volume of exports of Azerbaijan's products through the Single Window system from 2017 to October 2021 amounted to $641.7 million.
