BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 24. The average monthly nominal salary in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan increased from January through August 2022, Trend reports on October 24 citing the report of Nakhchivan’s State Statistical Committee.
According to the report, this figure amounted to 595.6 manat ($350.3), up by 9.4 percent in annual terms.
In the first nine months of this year, Nakhchivan's GDP increased by 2.5 percent compared to the same period of 2021, up to 2.2 billion manat ($1.3 billion).
Meanwhile, GDP per capita in Nakhchivan equaled 4,800.5 manat ($2,823.8), which is 3.1 percent more than from January through September last year.
