Turkmen company starts manufacturing polypropylene floating yarn

Turkmenistan’s Abrayly Dostlar company has started to manufacture Poly-Yarn (polypropylene floating yarn), Trend reports with reference to Business Turkmenistan information portal.

The company produces polypropylene multifilament yarns of various colors and shapes using raw materials from the Kiyanly polymer plant, which is located in Western Turkmenistan. The products undergo a quality control checkout in their laboratory with equipment from German’s Zwick Roell Group.

The range of line density of the manufactured polypropylene multifilament yarns is 150-6,000 dtex, and the breaking point is from 6.8-7.5 g/den. The company has ISO 9001, ISO 10002, ISO 140001, ISO 45001 certificates.

Multifilament yarns are used in the production of webbing and nets, seat belts, plastic pipes, braided ropes and slings, filtration fabrics, carpets, bags and a flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBCs).

The company also intends to launch export of its products and establish relations with foreign partners. The company is currently discussing the delivery of its products to European countries.
