Japanese Masui Co Ltd and Kuraray will provide technical support for the production of new types of terry products in Uzbekistan, Trend reports with reference to uzdaily.uz.
To date, textile enterprises of the Republic of Uzbekistan have formed long-term partnerships with the Japanese side.
Representatives of the Uztekstilprom Association conducted videoconferencing with Japanese Masui Co Ltd and Kuraray in order to timely fulfill the instructions of the plan of practical measures for the implementation of investment projects and trade contracts with Japanese companies in accordance with the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The aim of the videoconferencing was the joint production of new types of terry products on the basis of the Art Soft-Tex Holding.

The Japanese side, in turn, will provide technical support for the production, which will make a significant contribution to the large-scale production of new types of towels at the end of December this year.
Art Soft-Tex Holding is the first and largest manufacturer of terry products in the Namangan region in Uzbekistan with a complete technological cycle, including the production of rough and ready-made terry cloth. The company was founded in 2009, specializing in the production of terry products from 100 percent local cotton, relying on the latest technology and product quality.
