BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 23. Iran exported about 1.17 million tons of non-oil products worth over $413 million to Turkmenistan, during the first 11 months of the last Iranian year (March 21, 2022 through February 19, 2023), Trend reports via the statistics of the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA).

Iran's non-oil exports to Turkmenistan for the reporting period increased by 23.2 percent in value, while decreasing by 14.1 percent in volume compared to the same period of the preceding Iranian year.

The main exported goods were agricultural and food products, construction materials, petrochemical products, industrial products and etc.

Within 11 months, Iran's non-oil trade turnover with Turkmenistan amounted to 1.2 million tons worth approximately $436 million.

Overall, Iran exported over 111 million tons of non-oil products worth $48.8 billion during the first 11 months of the last Iranian year (March 21, 2022, through February 19, 2023).

This is an increase of 12.2 percent in value, while a decrease of 1 percent in volume compared to the same period last Iranian year.
