Azerbaijan, Baku / corr ТrendCapital / The State Committee for Securities registered the issued prospectus of ordinary registered stocks of Atrabank Open Joint Stock Company.
The volume of the issue is AZN 2,000,000, face value per stock AZN 400. According to the issue prospectus, placement will be held by means of the public subscription method at the Baku Stock Exchange.
Standard Capital LLC will be the underwriter of placement of stocks.
Those intending to purchase stocks can apply to an organization being the member of the Baku Stock Exchange Closed JSC and having a brokerage license.
