The Russian Novorossiysk International Trade Sea Port transshipped 57.11 million tons of oil in the first quarter of 2012 compared to over 55.7 million tons in the same period of 2011, the port's official website reported on Tuesday.
The port transported over 9.1 million tons of oil products in January-June 2012 compared to 8.9 million tons during the same period of 2011.
The port transshipped about 81.56 million tons of various cargo in the first quarter of 2012 compared to 76.82 million tons during the same period of 2011.
The State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) transports own oil through this port.
