The Bukhara oil refinery in Uzbekistan has begun production of RON-95 gasoline and diesel fuel under the QuWatt brand, Trend reports referring to the press service of Uzbekneftegaz.
On behalf of the Chairman of the Board of Uzbekneftegaz JSC Mehriddin Abdullaev, a number of works were carried out at the oil refineries of the system to diversify production, improve product quality, and meet consumer needs for high-quality oil products.
In turn, in order to produce competitive products at the Bukhara refinery, measures have been taken to produce gasoline and diesel fuel under the QuWatt brand.
As a result, a joint work was carried out with the German company BASF SE, and the plant launched the production of RON-95 gasoline under the QuWatt brand.
The company noted that this gasoline allows to achieve the ideal effect of keeping the engines clean and ensures that the amount of layer formed on the valves does not exceed 4 mg / valve.
It was noted that it also provides a high level of cleaning the engine valves from deposits, that is, up to 80 percent and increases the power of the car engine and saves fuel up to three percent.
In addition, the gasoline ensures uninterrupted operation of the engine in winter and prevents corrosion in the fuel system of the engine, as well as in the processes of transportation and storage of gasoline.
According to the information, 480 tons of gasoline was produced in the first decade of 2021, which is already available on the commodity exchange, where gas stations and other companies can buy it.
Earlier it was reported that Uzbekneftegaz JSC plans to gradually abandon the production of RON-80 gasoline at the Bukhara oil refinery.
As a result of the investment project, modernization and reconstruction of the plant, the production of high-octane gasoline grades RON-91, RON-93, RON -95 will be established. In the future, it is planned to start the production of diesel fuel that meets the requirements of the Euro-5 standard.
