Azerbaijan’s 11M2021 export of oil along with condensate amounted to about 25.7 million tons, which is 334,000 tons, or 1.3 percent less than the same period last year, Trend reports with reference to the report of the Ministry of Energy of Azerbaijan.
According to the ministry, about 24.5 million tons were exported by the consortium, and over 1.2 million tons - by the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR).
In value terms, oil exports exceeded $12.285 billion, which is 37.46 percent more than the same period last year.
During this period, Azerbaijan also exported over 1.228 million tons of oil products, which is 23.5 percent more than in 11M2020.
It is noted that the export of declared oil from Azerbaijan in 2020 amounted to 29.23 million tons. The total value of oil exported during the reporting period amounted to $9.363 billion.
Oil exports in quantitative terms in 2020 decreased by 5.9 percent compared to 2019, and in monetary terms - by 36.8 percent.
