BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 13. Azerbaijan manufactured 32.6 million tons of oil, including condensate, in 2022, Trend reports citing the country's Ministry of Energy.
As the ministry noted, Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli produced 20.4 million tons of oil, while Shah Deniz got 4.4 million tons of oil (including condensate). Meanwhile, the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) manufactured 7.8 million tons of oil, including condensate.
"In the reporting period, Azerbaijan exported 26.3 million tons of oil, including condensate, with 1.4 million tons accounting for SOCAR," the statement said.
Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli and Shah Deniz produced nearly 607 million tons of oil, including condensate, since the start until January 1, 2023. ACG produced 567 million tons of oil, while 40 million tons of condensate was produced by Shah Deniz. Around 605 million tons went to export.
Oil refining in Azerbaijan stood at 6.2 million tons in the reporting period.
