BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 12. An auction to publish long-term bonds of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Finance in the amount of 40 million manat ($24 million) will be held at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) on May 17, Trend reports citing the BSE.
Bonds with a face value of 100 AZN ($58.8) each with a circulation period of 1,820 days and a yield of 5.5 percent will be put up for auction.
Interest payment dates are set for November 15, 2022, May 16, 2023, November 14, 2023, May 14, 2024, November 12, 2024, May 13, 2025, November 11, 2025, May 12, 2026, November 10, 2026, May 11, 2027.
The main payment deadline is May 11, 2027.
The placement underwriter is Pasha Capital CJSC.
