The individual information included in the information system of general use from open sources can be removed at the written request of the Azerbaijani Communications and IT Ministry, the ministry told Trend.
The corresponding decision was made in accordance with the decree of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev to apply the Law on "Individual information". The office was entrusted with the licensing of services to form information resources of individual information, as well as creating the information systems.
The cost of registration fee for the license is 2,200 manat.
According to the rules of the state register of information systems of individual information, the agency will provide methodical, linguistic information, software and technical support, the extracts from the register.
Legal and physical entities have the right to receive information about information systems, placed on the Internet resource. The content of information posted on the Internet resource is determined by the operator.
