BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 31. KMS Lighthouse solution can increase the profitability of Azerbaijani knowledge management projects, CEO of DIS Group company Pavel Likhnitsky told Trend.
According to Likhnitsky, DIS Group is the exclusive supplier of KMS Lighthouse solutions in Azerbaijan and other CIS countries.
He noted that the income of one of the major international retailers from the implementation of KMS Lighthouse amounted to $3 million.
"Given the project costs of $823,000, the net present value (NPV) was about $2.2 million, and the return on investment (ROI) - 269 percent. The respondent company was able to reduce call hold time by 18 percent, and the processing time of requests through digital channels - by 25 percent. The financial benefit was about $1.2 and $1.7 million, respectively. The time and financial costs for training and onboarding were reduced by 75 percent," the CEO said.
Likhnitsky stressed that knowledge management is one of the key areas of digital transformation in Azerbaijan.
"With international expert support, a project of a unified government knowledge management system is being implemented in the country. The main goal of the project is to increase the efficiency of the state's economic policy. An important task is also to optimize the work of emergency services," he said. "To this end, with the support of the World Health Organization, a pilot information system for emergency management situations (Emergency Response Information Management System, ERIMS), based on knowledge management technologies, was launched in Azerbaijan."
The CEO also noted that the KMS Lighthouse system is designed to improve communication with customers, increase the efficiency of internal interaction and train new employees.
