The Board of Directors of Kazakh BTA Bank appointed New Chairman to the bank's Management Board, the bank reported on Tuesday.
Kadyrzhan Damitov was elected to this post with effect from August 5, 2013 for one year.
Managing Director, member of the Management Board of BTA Bank Janna Akhmetzhanova was appointed Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board for one year.
Moreover, BTA Bank's Chief Executive Director and Director of Financial Controlling Department Rimma Ilyassova was appointed Managing Director and member of the Management Board of the bank for one year.
The appointments were made according to the recommendations of the Committee on Appointments, Remuneration and Social Issues of the Board of Directors of the Bank.
