It is planned to build a complex for extraction, processing and enrichment of salt in Kazakhstan's Kyzylorda oblast, Kazakh media outlets reported.
The cost of the project is 2.9 billion tenge.
At the initial stage, the capacity of the complex is planned at 100,000 tons of salt. In the future this figure will be brought up to 300,000 tons.
During the construction of the new complex, 100 new jobs will be opened. After the start of operation, the plant will employ 500 people.
The project will be implemented by the "BSK Karatau" company , which is engaged in geological exploration and surveys.
