BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 24. Tajikistan is ready to continue negotiations on purchase of aircraft from Czech Omnipol company, Trend reports citing the Ministry of Transport of Tajikistan.
The statement was made by the Deputy Director of the Civil Aviation Agency under the Government of Tajikistan Aziz Nabizoda during a meeting with representatives of Omnipol, a Czech company which specializes in the trading of defense and aerospace equipment.
The representatives of Omnipol company presented to the participants of the meeting an overview of the technical conditions of the L410 UPV and L410NG aircraft, which are produced in the Czech Republic.
These aircraft were acknowledged to be at a high degree of safety and to be excellent for the transportation of goods and people throughout Tajikistan.
Omnipol, which was founded in 1934, is the largest manufacturer of civil aircraft in the Czech Republic. The entire Omnipol Group employs more than 2,800 professionals.
