Currently, Turkmen aviators operate over twenty comfortable passenger aircrafts of the world-famous American Aircraft Corporation "Boeing".

More comfortable aircrafts of the new generation, such as Boeing 737-700 and 737-800, which are the most popular models of all NG aircraft generation, will substitute Boeing 717 -200, 737-300 and 757-200, the article said.

By 2030, the civil aviation aircraft fleet will increase from 27 to 43 aircrafts of the latest modifications.

Turkmen pilots attribute the development of international air travel to many countries and continents, first of all, to using Boeing 777-200 LR of a family of long-range wide-body passenger aircrafts.

Turkmenistan Airlines will start using these aircrafts in the first half of 2014. This will be a significant step in the development of air travel, as the aircraft of this type may accommodate over 300 passengers and have a range from 9100 to 17 500 km.

Turkmen pilots associate improving of cargo air transportation with continued use of the veteran cargo aircraft, IL-76 as well as introduction of the modern transport aircraft of the Boeing family, 747-8 model.

This aircraft, according to its developers, consumes less fuel than any of the existing cargo liners.
