BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 14. The trade turnover between Turkmenistan and Belgium in January 2023 amounted to over 4.74 million euros, Trend reports with reference to Eurostat.
These figures for the reporting period are 4 times more than in the first month of last year (1.18 million euros).
According to Eurostat, Turkmen exports to Belgium in January 2023 amounted to 2.2 million euros, which is 113 times more than in the same month of 2022 (19,460 euros).
Turkmenistan has more than doubled imports from Belgium in the first month of this year compared to January 2022 (1.17 million euros) to 2.54 million euros.
Meanwhile, the trade turnover between Turkmenistan and the countries of Belgium in 2022 amounted to 38.32 million euros, which is 2.4 times more than in 2021 (15.93 billion euros).
