Uzbek Foreign Minister Abdulaziz Kamilov received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Pakistan, Mohammad Waheed-ul-Hasan on May 17 in connection with the completion of his diplomatic mission to the country, the Uzbek Foreign Ministry said on Friday.
According to the report, during the meeting, the parties discussed the current state and prospects of Uzbek-Pakistani relations and certain issues of international and regional importance.
The Uzbek Foreign Ministry stressed the fruitful nature of the work of the ambassador and his personal contribution to the development of cooperation between Uzbekistan and Pakistan.
In turn, Mohammad Waheed-ul-Hasan expressed his gratitude for the support of his doings as ambassador to Uzbekistan.
