BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 31. Uzbekistan imported 2.7 million pairs of shoes worth $12.1 million from 38 countries from January through September 2022, Trend reports via Uzbek State Statistics Committee.
The volume of footwear imports decreased by 32,500 pairs compared to the corresponding period in 2021.
During this period, most of the footwear was imported from China in the amount of 1.6 million pairs, followed by Turkiye (877,600 pairs), Vietnam (35,100 pairs), Russia (31,900 pairs) and Indonesia (14,600 pairs).
