By Fatih Karimov - Trend:

Iran exported 8.2 percent crude oil in the first five months of the current year more than it has been specified in the national budget bill.

Iranian Deputy Oil Minister Mansour Moazzami said despite all the restrictions, the country's oil exports increased in the five-month period, Shana news agency reported Sept. 6.
However, he did not mention any figure about the volume of oil exports.
Iran's fiscal year started on March 21.

Based on the country's national budget bill, Iran should export 1.3 million barrels of crude oil and gas condensate per day at $100 per barrel.

Iranian Oil Minister Bijian Namdar Zanganeh said Aug. 19 that the country will not limit its oil exports to any certain figure.

"Iran will continue its oil exports in line with the administration's policies," he said, according to the Mehr news agency.

"By increasing gas output the country will be able to export $5 billion worth of oil products in the current year [to end March 20, 2015] and $12 billion worth of oil products in the next calendar year," Zanganeh said.

"Iran seeks to boost its oil and gas condensates exports," he said, adding that an increase in oil revenues will help the country's economy to snap out of recession.

"Under the Geneva agreement international oil tankers have no limitation in entering Iranian ports," he added.

Iran's crude oil production (excluding gas condensates and natural gas liquids) declined by 9,800 barrels per day and stood at 2.762 million barrels per day in July, compared to June.
The crude oil output of Iran rose by 86,000 bpd in the second quarter of 2014, versus the fourth quarter of 2013, according to a monthly report based on secondary sources, released by OPEC Aug. 8.

Iran and the six world powers (U.S., UK, France, Germany, Russia and China) reached an interim nuclear deal Nov. 23, 2013.
The agreement entered into force Jan. 20, 2014 and extended by Nov. 23, 2014.
