The US presidential election reflects the will of the Americans, Turkish Justice Minister Bekir Bozdag said, Sabah newspaper reported Nov. 9.
The minister added that Ankara and Washington have interstate relations and a change in the US leadership will not affect the relations between the two countries.
"The US and Turkey have common interests, strategic cooperation and numerous treaties," the minister said.
The presidential election was held in the US November 8. Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump won the election.
