A bird-strike Monday forced an Egypt-bound Condor airlines plane to return to Hamburg airport in Germany, a company spokesman said in Frankfurt, dpa reported.
A bird was sucked into of the engines of the Boeing 757 during take-off and the plane then returned for a priority landing. The spokesman said none of the occupants were hurt in the incident.
Condor, which operates for package-holiday companies, was carrying vacationers to Egypt on the chartered flight.
