President Mehmet Ali Talat of Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) will attend the handover ceremony which will take place in Turkish General Staff HQ in Ankara on August 28th, reported WorldBulletin.
During his stay in Ankara, Talat will also hold meetings with Turkish President Abdullah Gul, Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Foreign Minister Ali Babacan.
Talat, in his meetings, will discuss Cyprus issue prior to negotiations which will start on September 3rd to find a permanent solution to Cyprus problem.
