A commission was established under the Ministry of Economy of Turkey to study the processes unfolding in Egypt, Anadolu agency said on Saturday.

According to the agency, the commission will also address issues related to the problems of Turkish investors, should they arise.

Earlier, Turkey's State Commission for Foreign Economic Affairs (DEİK) said that a military coup in Egypt will not affect the activities of Turkish investors in the country.

According to DEİK, Turkish investors will continue to actively invest in various sectors of Egypt's economy.

On July 2, following the expiration of an ultimatum put forward by the army to the government of Egypt, the country's army ousted the president in a military coup and seized power in the country.

According to Al Jazeera, Egyptian President Mohammed Morsi and the leaders of the Muslim Brotherhood are accused of violation of the constitution.
