Over 70 observers from the CIS will watch the parliamentary election in Azerbaijan, the head of CIS observer mission staff in Baku Yevgeny Sloboda told Trend Oct.20.
He said that preparation for the election in Azerbaijan is held systematically.
One can feel a high degree of training of the employees of the Central Election Commission, representatives of the office of the president, divisional election committees, as well as all those who take part in organizational work, said Sloboda.
Parliamentary election in Azerbaijan will be held November 1.
