In 2006, due to the murder of a fellow-soldier, Jeyhun Mikayilov and injuring the other ones - Vusal Mehtiyev, Vusal Seyyidov and Elchin Samadov, a criminal case on episodes of Articles 228 and 120 of the Crimial Code of Azerbaijan Republic was brought against a soldier of the Azerbaijan Army, Fuad Hassanov.
