Technical service identified oscillatory movements on a flagpole on the area of the State Flag as a result of strong wind on Feb. 2 at about 3:00 Baku time.
Specialists immediately took urgent and important measures for safety and prevention, Executive Power of Sabail District said. As a result of measures, fluctuations of the flagpole were removed at 06:30 in the morning.
