After the 10th Congress of Azerbaijan National Independence Party (ANIP), the first meeting of the new composition of the central council of the party was conducted.
The meeting covered organizational issues, important problems for the country, including pre-election situation and actions the party at a later stage, the press service of the party reported on July 12.
According to the charter of the party, secretary general of the ANIP central council was appointed Arzuhan Alizadeh, chairman of the central council - Adnan Novruzov, deputy chairman - Irada Adgozalova.
Ali Akperov, Fuad Mukhtarov, Aydin Aliyev, Maharram Hasanov, Rauf Mirgadirov, Amin Veliyeva, Jeyran Ansar and Sadig Khamzayev were elected members of the political council. Two seats are vacant in the political council.
