In accordance with the order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, the "BE-200СS" amphibious aircraft of the aviation unit of the Ministry of Emergency Situations went to Türkiye to assist the brotherly country in the fight against severe forest fires that occurred in the Republic of Türkiye, Trend reports.

The plane, which took off from Heydar Aliyev International Airport, headed to the Turkish city of Izmir.
