Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev issued a decree on the execution of the law on confirmation of a list of drug, psycho-tropic substances the circulation of which is banned in the country, restricted and controlled, while their import, export, transit transportation and production requires special permission, Trend reports.
In compliance with the decree, to ensure the implementation of the law, the text of the appendix #1 �Rules on regulation of import-export operations’, item 3 of the Law on measures for issue special permissions for several types of entrepreneurship activities in Azerbaijan, as well as a List of the types of activities requiring special licensing are changed.
