About 5 million 157,000 manat was spent for Azerbaijani sports sector within 8 months.
"About 8 million 500,000 manat was spent for Azerbaijani sports sector. There is 3 million 300,000 in stock," Azerbaijani Minister of Youth and Sport, Azad Rahimov, told media on September 4.
Minister also said that Olympic lycees will be constructed in Azerbaijani regions. "Olympic lycees will be established on the basis of former boarding schools. Thus, we will apply to the government and ask to allocate necessary sum of money," minister said.
