The Georgian government has not appealed the decision of the Strasbourg Court in the case of Sandro Girgvliani, the Justice Ministry said.
According to the decision of the European Court of Human Rights, the ministry will compensation of 50,000 euro. According to the law, Justice Minister must issue an administrative act during a month.
The period of appealing the decision of the Strasbourg court has expired today.
The decision will be sent to the executive council of the Strasbourg court for execution in 3 months.
